(QNO) - Quang Nam People’s Committee has just promulgated the Instruction No16CT-UBND for improving the investment and trade climate and the PCI (Provincial Competitiveness Index).
Accordingly, leaders of provincial People’s Committee asked provincial departments, agencies and the People’s Committee of districts, towns, cities to effectively deploy the Govermental Decision No19/NQ-C dated December 3rd, 2015. The time limit for business registration will be shortened. More investors will be licensed and supported in recruiting and training labours.
