(QNO) - On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam – China diplomatic relations, Chairman of the Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh had an online working session with the Chinese Consulate General in Da Nang.
At the working session, Chairman Thanh said about the sustainable development of Vietnam – China diplomatic relations during 72 years.
At the same time, he showed his strong impression on Chinese socioeconomic achievements, especially on its epidemic control and post-Covid-19 economic recovery and growth.
In terms of Quang Nam, the provincial economic growth was significant in 2021 despite of negative impacts of Covid-19. Furthermore, Quang Nam is currently controlling the epidemic well.
The goal of Quang Nam is among top 10 provinces and cities with comprehensive socio-economic development nationwide by 2030.
Chairman Thanh also expressed Quang Nam provincial wishes to keep on the diplomatic relations between Quang Nam and the Consulate General of China in Da Nang, especially in calling for investment in and attracting Chinese tourists to Quang Nam.
By the 2022 Lunar New Year, Chairman Thanh sent New Year greetings to the Chinese Consulate General in Da Nang and wished the strategic cooperation and diplomatic relations between Vietnam, including Quang Nam province, and China to develop constantly.
