(QNO) - The festival happening from 21 to 24 April in Viet Tri city (Phu Tho province) attracts delegations from 13 cities and provinces nationwide.
Participating in the festival, Quang Nam province introduces images, documents and artifacts related to the UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage of Bai Choi art; tourist destinations, handicrafts and fine arts products, typical OCOP (One Commune, One Product) products of the locality.
The delegations to the festival come from 13 cities and provinces nationwide including Ha Noi, Bac Ninh, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Ninh Thuan and Dak Lak.
The event aims to honor and promote the values of Vietnam's UNESCO-recognized intangible cultural heritages.
It's also an activity to celebrate the 20th anniversary of implementing the 2003 UNESCO Convention for Safeguarding the Intangible Cultural Heritage (October 17, 2003) in Vietnam.
