(QNO) - The Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee has just issued the 2030 Agenda for local sustainable development. It links between local economic growth and ecological environment protection, effective use of resources and climate change responses.

Accordingly, Quang Nam’s sustainable development by 2030 includes putting an end of poverty; ensuring social security and equal rights in society, food security; improving nutrition and promoting sustainable agricultural development; bettering education; empowering women and girls; managing sustainable water resource and accessing sustainable energy.
Quang Nam province continues sustainable urban and rural development, safe living and working environment, effective response to climate change and natural disasters, especially conservation and sustainable use of marine resources, ocean and seas, sustainable forest development, biodiversity conservation…

Beside state budget, Quang Nam will mobilize other social resources, especially from business and private sectors for the goal of local sustainable development by 2030.
