(QNO) - In the framework of the conference for tourism development in Central region and Highlands on February 16, the project of Dong Giang heaven gate eco-tourism (Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province) was approved by Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

The project is invested by Hang Gop Ecology Tourism Joint Stock Company (under FVG Group). It is hoped to be a high-ranking tourism product of Quang Nam.

The 400 billion VND project of Dong Giang heaven gate eco-tourism zone covers an area of 120ha. The first phase of the project is expectedly put into operation in mid-2019. The entire project will be completely finished by the end of 2021 to meet the needs of the local socio-economic development. This place can accommodate about 100,000 guests a year.

The project is divided into 4 main areas. The first area is for support services and infrastructure such as reception hall, parking, ticket booth, souvenir shop. The 2nd area is for eco-tourism services such as relaxing huts, restaurant, art performance space, display space. The third area is for walls (ancient architecture), cable car station, restaurant, hotel. And the last area is for accommodation.
