Da Nang issues 5,000 "food passports"
(QNO) - On the afternoon of March 13, Da Nang’s Department of Tourism held a press conference to introduce the Danang Food Tour Festival 2025.

The Danang Food Tour Festival 2025, taken place from March 28 to April 1, is part of a series of special events celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Da Nang Party Committee’s founding and the 50th anniversary of the city’s liberation.
One of the main highlights is a culinary space showcasing Da Nang’s signature dishes, regional Vietnamese specialties, and international cuisine under the theme “A Gathering of Delicacies.” The festival will also feature "Danang Food Tour - The Chef Competition," where talented chefs compete to showcase their culinary skills.
At the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy over 200 authentic local dishes, including Quang noodles, chicken rice, seafood, etc. Additionally, the festival will feature international cuisine from Korea, Japan, Europe, America, China, India, and Thailand.
Besides indulging in diverse culinary delights, visitors can also explore and shop for OCOP products and local agricultural specialties.

As part of the Danang Food Tour Festival 2025, the Da Nang Department of Tourism has issued 5,000 "Danang Food Tour Passports" in Vietnamese and English. Holders enjoy 10% discounts, free dishes, and combo deals at selected restaurants. They also get Xanh SM taxi discounts when visiting these locations.
