Quang Nam supports small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation
(QNO) - In Quang Nam, over 50% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have adopted digital platforms for management, production, and business activities, 100% of businesses have implemented electronic invoicing.
The province supports businesses in applying digital technology for websites, e-commerce, online sales, digital payments, electronic contracts, and promotes local OCOP products and specialties on e-commerce platforms.
Over 50% of SMEs in Quang Nam have adopted digital platforms for management, production, and business, with 100% using electronic tax payments and software for HR, inventory, and accounting management.
Additionally, 100% of businesses have implemented electronic invoicing, 100% supermarkets and shopping centers have POS systems for cashless payments, many businesses also place or receive orders through e-commerce applications.
For digital governance, Quang Nam has implemented the Q-office document management system across all local agencies, integrated with the government's document network and digital signatures for electronic document exchange.
All agencies now use electronic document exchange, with digital signatures applied across 100% of state bodies, from provincial to commune levels.
