Reportedly, IPM has been supporting Quang Nam to install water filtration systems at 7 schools.

At the recent working session with the Quang Nam, IPM President Ikeda Hideto proposed continuing to fund the installation of solar panel systems and to promote international cultural exchange programs for high school students at some mountainous schools.

In the near future, IPM will help Quang Nam labourers who want to work in Japan, especially non-refundable financial assistance for ethnic minority workers.

IPM proposed targeted support for workers, including job placement, online Japanese classes, entrepreneurship events, and specific policies for those pursuing or returning from technical internships in Japan. Quang Nam and IPM will finalise a memorandum of understanding for the period of 2025 - 2027.

After the working session with IPM, Quang Nam will assess local workers' needs and Japanese companies' recruitment demands and negotiate with IPM on support policies covering income, living conditions, social welfare, and worker management in Japan.
