Vietnam launches program to promote tourism and culinary culture
(QNO) - The Tourism Information Technology Center, under the Viet Nam National Authority of Tourism, announced the 2024 cooperation program themed "Exploring golden ingredients: elevating Vietnamese cuisine to new heights".
The program is part of the project "Variation of thousands of ingredients, cooking millions of Vietnamese dishes" will focus on unique local ingredients. It contributes to honor the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine, enhance tourism through fresh experiences from local ingredient innovations, and strengthen Vietnam's competitive edge and tourism brand.
The program continues to upgrade the online culinary map platform with a new interface and features, aiming to become a comprehensive culinary database of local ingredients and recipes contributed by the community, promote Vietnam's rich culinary heritage to tourists.
