After more than a year since its establishment, the Co Tu traditional brocade weaving group has gradually become organized and well-structured, turning into a unique attraction for both locals and tourists.

Bhling Thi Xiec, the group leader, shared that after a period of operation, there are now 15 members participating in the traditional weaving group, most of whom are women from the village.

Besides hosting visitors, the weaving space weekly serves as a place for sharing weaving experiences, enhancing skills for women, and producing unique market-ready products.

This process prioritizes preserving the original cultural values, especially in color combinations and bead patterns, to avoid distorting traditions.

The diversity and intricacy of their weaving techniques have created unique items, like jackets and traditional skirts, helping them gain a foothold in the mountainous brocade market.
