Quang Nam and Niihama cooperation promotion
(QNO) - On the morning of August 2, representative of Hoi An city (Quang Nam province) and a delegation from Niihama city (Ehime Prefecture, Japan) led by Mayor Ishikawa Katsuyuki had a working session to discuss cooperation between the two cities in various fields.
At the meeting, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation in many fields for future cooperative relations.
At the same time, Hoi An and Niihama promote understanding and participation of the people of the two cities in the friendship and cooperative relations through mutual visits and people-to-people exchanges.
After the meeting, representatives of Hoi An city and Japanese enterprises conducted a field survey at Thanh Ha Industrial Cluster to learn about investment here.
On this occasion, the delegation of Niihama city attended the 20th "Hoi An - Japan Cultural Exchange" activities from August 2 to 4 in Hoi An.
