In response to the businesses’ inquiries, Nguyen Thanh Hong, Director of the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, stated that tourism in Quang Nam has developed significantly so far, primarily exploiting the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Hoi An and My Son.
However, the province still offers a wealth of untapped tourism resources, including craft villages, ecological tourism sites, and natural landscapes.
Investment ideas and projects related to tourism development are always welcome in Quang Nam. The province is ready to support businesses in terms of investment procedures, tourism human resources, and tourism promotion and marketing.
According to Le Van Dung, Quang Nam needs to develop a standout tourism product strong enough to attract visitors. It is necessary for Quang Nam to facilitate businesses’ investment in the province, not only in tourism but also in other sectors such as technology, high-tech industries, medicinal materials, and modern waste management processes.
