Quang noodles among the best foods in Southeast Asia
(QNO) - Tasteatlas, an experiential travel online guide for traditional food, has just put Quang noodles on the list of the top 100 Southeast Asian foods.
According to Tasteatlas, Quang noodles (or Mỳ Quảng), a 4.4 star dish, originated in a Central province of Vietnam named Quang Nam, and is now enjoyed throughout the country.
The dish is flavourful. It is a combination of flat rice noodles and some ingredients, including pork, chicken, shrimp, fish, eggs, and peanuts, served with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Along with Quang Noodles, there are 15 other Vietnamese dishes on the list, including beef pho, beef stew, broken rice, Southern Vietnamese beef noodle salad, meat and cold cuts bread, grilled pork and rice vermicelli, crispy Vietnamese pancake, steamed rice rolls stuffed with pork and mushrooms, Vietnamese fried rice, Vietnamese shaking beef, sugar cane shrimp, deep-fried glutinous rice balls, and tomato and crab noodle soup.
