Wife of late Japan’s PM Shinzo Abe visits Hoi An

(QNO) - Abe Akie - the wife of late Japanese Prime Minister (PM) Shinzo Abe, accompanied by Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Yamada Takio, and Consul General of Japan in Da Nang city Yakabe Yoshinori, visited Hoi An city, Quang Nam province, on the evening of March 3rd.

The Japanese delegation led by Widow Abe Akie visited the grave of Japanese businessman Tani Yajirobei at Truong Le block, Cam Chau ward, Hoi An city.

The grave is a relic included in the tour program of the Japanese old traces in Hoi An. They also visited the Vietnam - Japan cultural space, where late PM Shinzo Abe directly cut the ribbon to open in 2017.
