Quang Nam attracts strategic investors
(QNO)- A lot of solutions will be synchronically implemented to create resources and realise the provincial plans. One of them is the attraction of strategic investors with the capacity to lead and form ecosystems in key economic sectors.
Reportedly, Quang Nam will promote economic growth based on four key pillars, tourism, manufacturing and processing industry, energy industry, trading, logistics, and hi-tech agriculture, forestry, and fishery.
At the same time, the province will make the state apparatus better, applying digital technology and building a digital government.
Besides, Quang Nam has breakthrough policies and mechanisms for human resources attraction and quality improvement, promoting vocational education and training, and connecting vocational education with businesses and labour markets.
Quang Nam concurrently promotes cooperation with other provinces and cities in the region as well as in the country in environmental protection and forming a key coastal industrial centre.
In addition, the construction and management of social and technical infrastructure systems are carried out synchronously with the building of new rural areas and urbanisation.
The province also pays much attention to the development of the airport, seaports, logistics services, tourism, automobile mechanical industry, mechanical engineering, and electricity at a regional level.
Quang Nam will build a national centre for the pharmaceutical industry, the deep processing of agricultural and forestry products, and silica.
According to the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021–2030, with a vision to 2050, Quang Nam is making every effort to become a well-developed province of the country and an important growth pole of Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands by 2030.
Quang Nam will become a comprehensive modern province with sustainable development and the unique cultural essence of the Quang Nam people. The province also strives to become an important international tourism centre on the basis of maximising the value of world cultural heritage and world biosphere reserves.
