Warm greeting to Sekong delegation

(QNO) - On 7 August, Mr Nguyen Duc Hai, Secretary of Party Committee and Mr Dinh Van Thu, Vice chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province had a warm reception for the delegation of Sekong province of Laos, led by Mr Kamphoi Butdavien, member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary of Party Committee and governor of Sekong province. The Sekong provincial delegtion came to Quang Nam to take part in the annual conference on cooperation between two provinces.

Mr Nguyen Duc Hai expressed his happiness to receive the Sekong provincial delegation and introduced to the visitors some main achievements of economy and social development of Quang Nam province in recent years. On behalf of the Sekong delegation, Governor Kamphoi Butdavien thanked for the warm and friendly reception of Quang Nam provincial leaders. He expressed his desire that the traditional friendship, solidarity and cooperation between two countries and two peoples Vietnam and Laos will continue to develop and be more and more steadfast.
