Cooperation signing ceremony between Nam Tra My and Hamyang (Korea)
(QNO) - On April 21st, the Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of understanding on establishing friendship cooperation ties between Nam Tra My district (Quang Nam province) and Hamyang district (GyeongSangNam province, Korea) was held in Tam Ky city.
Nam Tra My (South Tra My) district have (has) favorable natural conditions to develop Ngoc Linh ginseng. So far, Quang Nam has planned to develop ginseng in 7 communes of Nam Tra My. Although there are ginseng conservation and development units, the conservation and development Ngoc Linh have been limited in recent years.
In the future, Nam Tra My and Hamyang will cooperate in the fields of agriculture, tourism, conservation and development of Ngoc Linh ginseng. On this occasion, Hamyang leaders also invite Nam Tra My and Quang Nam leaders to attend Ginseng Festival in Hamyang district from July 31st to August 5th, 2015.
