First JPA's Ho Chi Minh city – Chu Lai flight landed
(QNO) - The Jetstar Pacific Airlines’ flight BL228 with nearly 180 passengers from Ho Chi Minh city landed at Chu Lai airport on 19 May 2015.
Mr Dinh Van Thu, Chairman of Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee, Mr Le Viet Chu, Chairman of Quang Ngai provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
This is the first flight of the Ho Chi Minh city – Chu Lai air route and the sixth route was held in the first 5 months of 2015 to enlarge domestics and international flights network of Jetstar Pacific Airlines (JPA).
Earlier, JPA opened the air routes between Ha Hoi with Da Lat city, Phu Quoc Island and Hong Kong (China). At present, JPA’s domestics flights network has almost covered the famous cities and tourism destinations of Vietnam.
According to Mr Le Hong Ha, JPA Chief Executive Officer, the Ho Chi Minh city – Chu Lai flights and reverse will be carried out by 180-seat Airbus A320s aircraft with 3 flights per week (on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) in the first period. It will bring more opportunities for passengers of two provinces Quang Nam , Quang Ngai and neighbouring localities to travel with lower costs and benefit from various preferential services offered by JPA.
