The Council of Gyeonggi-do works in Quang Nam
(QNO) - Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Thanh, representatives of the related agencies and the leaders of Tam Ky city welcomed and worked with the members of the provincial Council of Gyeonggi-do (South Korea) on September 30th.
On behalf of Quang Nam provincial leaders, Mr Le Van Thanh saluted the South Korean delegation for their meaningful activities to better the cooperative relation between two localities in many fields. At the same time, Mr Thanh briefed his guests about Quang Nam socio-economic situation, especially projects in Quang Nam invested by South Korea. Specifically, there are eight South Korean businesses in Quang Nam with the total investment capital of 46 million USD. Recently, the South Korean Garment and Textile group Panko has just completed the process of investment promotion in Tam Thang Industrial Zone (Tam Ky city).
The delegation of Gyeonggi-do province thanked the warm reception of Quang Nam leaders and hoped Quang Nam to create more favourable condition for Gyeonggi-do’s investors.
