Tam Ky city's economic achievements in 2015
(QNO) - According to the recent report of the Tam Ky city People’s Committee, almost all the targets of the city’s economic development in 2015 have been achieved.

Trade in services is the most prominent sector with the total revenue of 13,963 billion VND, accounting for nearly 104% as planned, an increase of 24.3% compared with last year. The turnovers from restaurants, hotels, travel agencies have reached 135 billion VND, an increase of 15.7% compared with the same period last year. The export turnover has been over 95 million USD, an increase of 20% compared with the last year. The products of light industry and handicraft such as clothes, leather shoes have had the highest ratios. Besides, the values of the production and small scale industries have achieved 1,916 billion VND, an increase of 13.2% compared to last year.
Especially, there have been many big domestic and foreign businesses investing into Tam Ky such as South Korea Panko Garment and Textile Corporation with an investment capital of 1,540 billion VND, Duck San Vine company with 1,100 billion VND, Shying Chang Medical company with 220 billion VND, Hoi An Tourism-Service Joint Stock company with 30 billion VND in Tam Thanh commune and 59 billion VND in Ha Thanh eco-tourism and seaside resort.
