Provincial leaders' congratulations on Independence Day to Laos
(QNO) - The Quang Nam’s delegation, led by Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Phan Viet Cuong visited and congratulated the Consul General of Lao People’s Democratic Republic in Da Nang on December 1st on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Laos Independence Day.
On behalf of Quang Nam Party, authority and people, Mr Cuong congratulated Laos’ achievements and wished all members of the Consul General of Laos in Da Nang good health and mission completion.
In reply, the Consul General of Lao People’s Democratic Republic in Da Nang Phommaseng Khamsene expressed his thankfulness to Quang Nam province for creating favourable conditions for Lao students who learn and live in the province.
