More than 400 million USD to build welfare bridges and improve local roads
(QNO) - The project “Building welfare bridges and managing local roads” has just been ratified by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. Its total investment capital is 409 million USD (385 million USD loaned from the International Development Association (IDA) of World Bank and nearly 24 million USD from Vietnam’s reciprocal capital). Quang Nam is one of 50 Vietnam’s provinces and cities receiving this investment.

The project aims to ensure transport security in the ethnic minority regions in the period of 2014-2020, contribute to social, cultural, economic development in rural regions, especially the remote regions.
