Hand in hand, they enjoyed together a musical programme, learned about Laos’ traditional customs and Buon Pi Mai ceremony in the event. All Lao students warmly welcomed the Vietnamese delegates and friends with the Baci ceremony (the ritual of the Baci involves tying strings around a person’s wrist to preserve happiness, health and good luck. It’s a national traditional custom used to celebrate important events and occasions, like births,  marriages, New Year ever...).
