Quang Nam province invites new investment in Osan city
(QNO) - A delegation of the Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee led by Chairman Dinh Van Thu has recently visited and worked with leaders of the twinned Osan city (Gyeonggi province, Korea) .

In the meeting, the both sides introduced the local social and economic situation, exchanging the ways to push up the economic cooperation, supporting and calling for investment, implementing investment programmes and projets in the fields of trade, education and high quality human resources training…
At present, 20 Korean enterprises are working in the Industrial Zones and Industrial Clusters of Quang Nam with the total capital of nearly 216.5 million USD. The biggest project is invested by the Panko Garment Company with 70 million USD.
The non-government organizations of Korea have undertaken to finance Quang Nam province with 195,600 USD to develop health and education. In the first six months of 2016, the total undertaken capital from the non-government organizations of Korea reached nearly 20,000 USD.
Mr Thu expected the both sides to continue their solidarity and friendship. He also invited the investors from Osan city to invest in dynamic Quang Nam province.
In the occasion, Ham Yang (Korea) district invited Nam Tra My district of Quang Nam province to take part in the 13th International Mountainous Ginseng Festival.
