UN-Habitat supporting tourist development in Tam Ky

(QNO) - From 5 to 7 September, the experts from the United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN- Habitat) in Vietnam and Ben Gurion University (Israel) had a staff supporting and training programme of the Tam Ky city’s community- based tourism development.

On 5 September, Mr. Yossi Offer – an expert of the Center for International Cooperation (Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs) transferred the tour-design software and  gave instructions to collect data, analyze pros and cons, find solutions to Tam Ky’s tourist development.

During the training program, the participants had chances to try out their skills at some local destinations such as the Monument of Vietnamese Heroic Mother, Trung Thanh mural village…
