Quang Nam traditional craft village festival 2017

(QNO) - On the occasion of the 13th Vietnam Heritage Day (23/11/2004- 23/11/2017), Quang Nam traditional craft village festival 2017 takes place at Da Nang Museum from 17 to 19 December, 2017. It aims to honor, preserve and develop traditional handicrafts in Quang Nam – Da Nang, and to let the public have an opportunity to discover and experience the beauties and cultural values of traditional crafts.

This year, 5 villages from Quang Nam province will attend the festival including: Phuoc Kieu bronze casting Village (Dien Ban), Kim Bong carpentry village (Hoi An), Hoi An lantern, Vietnamese conical hat (Duy Xuyen), brocade weaving of Co Tu ethnic group (Nam Giang) together with 8 villages from Da Nang. Traditional handicraft products will be introduced, exhibited, demonstrated, and sold during the festival.
