The first Thai Food Festival in Hoi An city

(QNO) - The festival occurred in Hoi An city, from 9 to11 March, 2018.

On this occasion, many guests had a chance to enjoy Thai famous and delicious dishes such as Thai pad, tom yum, red curry and street foods. According to the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) - Ureerat Rattanaprukse, the festival was organized in Central Vietnam for the first time in order to introduce Thai foods to the local people and tourists. She thanked for the province’s helps for the successful festival.

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam People’s Committee Tran Dinh Tung said Quang Nam people had great time to learn about Thai food and people. The event opened a cooperative opportunity of culture, especially food culture between Thailand and Quang Nam in the future.
