Ba Trao singing - a unique new tourism product in Hoi An
(QNO) - Ba Trao is a popular kind of folk music in the central coastal region from Quang Nam - Da Nang to Binh Thuan. It has so far been exploited as a new tourism product in the Cam Thanh nipa forest (Hoi An city, Quang Nam province), replacing the old ones that are unfriendly towards environment.

Taking part in the visiting tour to the Cam Thanh nipa forest, visitors have chances to enjoy the performance of Ba Trao singing and to be taught to sing Ba Trao. Therefore, tourists are rather excited and interested in this unique new tourism product. Australian visitors (Don Peters and Gay Peters) are an example. It is the second time they have visited Vietnam. They went to Hoi An and felt very eager for experiencing the tour visiting the Cam Thanh nipa forest; then they were surprised at the way to catch fish in the river, and at the programme of learning to sing Ba Trao.
