Flavour of a fishing village

(QNO) - A contest under the theme “The flavour of a fishing village”  –part of Tam Ky Sea Festival 2019 has just been organized in Tam Thanh beach, Quang Nam province. It aims to honour and introduce cultural values of local specialities.

Special guests taking part in the contest were Master Chef Vo Quoc, Ambassador of Vietnamese Cuisine, Escoffier – a member of World Association of Chefs' Societies, and local chefs.
