Art exhibition of cultural heritages in Quang Nam
(QNO) - An art exhibition of cultural heritages takes place at My Son Sanctuary, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province from 7 to 15 September.
The exhibition is one of the activities of the 20th anniversary of Hoi An ancient town and My Son Sanctuary recognized as the UNESCO world cultural heritages, 10 year of Cham Islands World Biosphere Reserve.
At the exhibition, there are 100 works chosen from over 170 ones by 81 painters and sculptors all over the country. The paintings and sculptures describe cultural heritages in different new aspects, which contributes to the promotion of local heritage values, raising the local awareness of heritage conservation.
On this occasion, 9 awards are given to the most excellent works. Of these works is Festival Night by Le Dinh Chinh.
