Quang Nam to welcome 4.6 millionth visitor
(QNO) - An interesting ceremony to welcome the 4.6 millionth international visitor to Quang Nam province will be organised at the stage of Hoi An Memories show, Hoi An city.
On this occasion, a serious of activities under the theme “Warm season of love” takes place in the city, bringing atmosphere of Chirstmas 2019 and New Year 2020 to local people and visitors. The highlight is the 10m high Christmas tree decorated with conical hats and recycled materials and the village of Santa Claus around.
In addition, a music festival “Hoi An Impression Countdown Party - Happy Your 2020” will be held at Hoi An Impression Theme Park on the evening of December 31.
A festival to welcome the New Year 2020 takes place in Hoi city, Quang Nam province from December 24, 2019 to January 1, 2020 with various interesting activities including Hoi An food market- nutrition and health.
At 9:30, January 1, 2020, the first visitors to Hoi An city in 2020 will be welcomed at Tra Que vegetable village.
In 2019, Quang Nam celebrates the 20th anniversary of Hoi An ancient town and My Son Sanctuary recognized as a UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritages (1999-2019).
Recently, Hoi An has also been honored as the best destination in the world in 2019 by the international media.
