Quang Nam- Yamanashi cooperation on tourism promotion

Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam People’s Committee Tran Van Tan and representatives from the provincial related agencies had a meeting with leaders of Japan’s Television Yamanashi (UTY) and Erize company on January 24.

The meeting discussed a joint plan to introduce to each other about Yamanashi and Quang Nam’s culture, history, landscapes and people.

The work is expected to start at Quang Nam in November 2020. At the same time, the Yamanashi business delegation will come to Quang Nam to participate in a fair of Quang Nam- Yamanashi tourism cooperation and promotion.

At the meeting, Television Yamanashi invited representatives of Quang Nam Radio & Television to visit Yamanashi in August and October 2020.

Vice Chairman Tan highly agreed with the proposals from Television Yamanashi.

He hoped Television Yamanashi to build a specific plan on Quang Nam- Yamanashi cooperation on tourism promotion soon to submit it to the Japanese Government as well as for Quang Nam to get ready.

Yamanashi has the most developed tourism and agricultural industries in Japan. It is considered as a “fruit paradise” and  home to the famous Mount Fuji.
