Thaco exports composite seat frames to Japan
A batch of car seat frames made of composite materials by the Chu Lai-Truong Hai Composite Components Manufacturing Company was successfully exported to Japan on June 26, 2020.
It was the first seat frames of 13 hundred sets to be exported to Japan in 2020.
Recaro’s products are only 5.8kg weight, mounted on racing cars. They are highly strong, lighter than those made of metal, meeting the technical, using and aesthetic demands.
The Thaco’s Chu Lai-Truong Hai Composite Components Manufacturing Company (CCMC) covers an area of 1.1ha has come into operation with a capacity of 24 thousand sets. The company entered into a contract with Japan’s TIP Composite in February 2020.
Under the contract, TIP Composite is responsible for technology transfer and sending their engineers to CCMC; the products produced at CCMC will be supplied to TIP Composite.
Reportedly, the Thaco’s CCMC has produced composite products with high quality, serving automotive, building, agricultural industries.
The company has exported many products such as decoration bars, trunk boxes, dashboard covers, bus spoilers and military car cabins to South Korea and Japan.
The factory is planning to develop a variety of products for export and expand the market to Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, the US...
