A businessman donates 4 ventilators to Quang Nam province

The Quang Nam provincial Department of Health has just been given 4 Vsmart VFS-510 ventilators in the complicated context of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak by businessman Vo Quang Hue (who was born in Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province).
