Sustainable tourism criteria and indicators
A set of criteria and indicators for sustainable tourism was handed over to the Quang Nam Tourism Association (QNTA) by the Swiss Sustainable Tourism Programme (SSTP) on the afternoon of November 23, 2020.
The set of criteria and indicators is composed of 6 contents applied to 6 models: tourist attractions, community-based tourism, homestay, eco-regions, hotels, and travel agencies.
Besides, there are compulsory provisions in these criteria. It is reported that QNTA will organize a workshop to help travel and tourist businesses carry out the set of criteria and indicators, hand over technology, share the knowledge of sustainable tourism.
