One more industrial park in Quang Nam
A 436-ha industrial park called Tam Anh- An An Hoa will be formed in Tam Anh commune, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province.
The VND1,540 billion project is carried out by An An Hoa Urban and Industrial Park Joint Stock Company as an investor with a contributed capital of VND 462 billion.
The infrastructure of the park will be completed in 48 months. The Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee is responsible for the information, data and contents of the project.
The Chu Lai Open Economic Zone and relevant agencies supervise the implementation of the project, paying more attention to the clearance and compensation, guaranteeing the locals’ and employees’ lives in the industrial park.
Till now, Quang Nam has had 9 industrial parks and one economic zone at Nam Giang border gate. Most of the projects in the industrial parks are arranged in accordance with planning.
Quang Nam has attracted a lot of large projects on automobile assembly, fine machining, auto parts, electronic components, textiles and footwear.
The average occupancy rate of the industrial parks and clusters is about over 60%. The projects in the industrial parks and clusters have made an important contribution to the provincial socio-economic development.
