VINGROUP supports Quang Nam in SARS-CoV-2 testing
(QNO) - VINGROUP has just supported Quang Nam General Hospital with a RT-PCR machine for testing SARS-CoV-2.
Now, about 6 facilities in Quang Nam are equipped with RT-PCR machines for testing SARS-CoV-2 including the Quang Nam General Hospital, Quang Nam Center for Disease Control (CDC), Quang Nam Central General Hospital, Regional General Hospital, Vinh Duc General Hospital and Phan Chu Trinh University.
So, the current capacity of SARS-CoV-2 testing in Quang Nam province can reach 6-10 thousand samples/day.
According to Quang Nam CDC, the diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2 in Quang Nam helps Quang Nam identify the cases of SARS-CoV-2 quickly and accurately.
It is done by a staff of 5 people who have had a training course of using RT-PCR for testing SARS-CoV-2 at Pasteur Institute (Nha Trang).
