Expansion of Tam Thang industrial park
(QNO) - The infrastructure expansion project of the Tam Thang industrial park has been licenced by the Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee (PPC).
The project covers an area of 242 hectares and will be carried out in three phases. Chu Lai Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Limited Company (Cizidco) is responsible for implementing the project.
The expansion project of the Tam Thang Industrial Park will be deployed in Binh Nam commune (Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province) with a capital of around VND 768 billion.
The Quang Nam PPC is required to monitor and assist in the implementation of the project. Besides, Quang Nam province must have plans to maintain the areas of rice production and of forest.
The expansion of the Tam Thang Industrial Park is expected to attract advanced-technology projects with highly competitive products such as electronic products, computers, optical instruments, electrical equipment, machinery, furniture, glass products, waste treatment, and products of mechanical and automotive supporting industries.
In other words, the expanded Tam Thang Industrial Park will give priority to industrial projects with high added values and lower land use.
