Quang Nam to host the 4th Vietnam - Laos culture-sport-tourism border exchange festival
(QNO) - The 4th Vietnam - Laos culture-sport-tourism border exchange festival will be held in Quang Nam after the success of the 3rd one to take place in the north - western border province of Dien Bien.
The Vietnam - Laos culture-sport-tourism border exchange festival takes place every four years.
It is aimed at tightening the solidarity between the localities along the shared border, speeding up tourism promotion and development there.
The festival also contributes to ensuring the social security in the border area, promoting and honouring traditional cultural identities of the ethnic groups living in the shared border area.
