5 in 1 start-up model
(QNO) - It is a 5 in 1 start-up model that is owned by Duong Vinh Phuc from Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province. It includes a solar power system, a swallow house, a Cordyceps farming room, a processing room and a showroom.
Start-up with automation
After 6 years working in the construction industry, Duong Vinh Phuc- an automation engineer decided to launch his start-up project in his hometown in 2018.
Thanks to the convenient position of his house for raising swallow, he decided to design a swallow house with automatic equipment used for attracting swallows, monitoring the growth of the swallow flock, controlling the temperature, humidity and smell inside the house.
At the same time, Duong Vinh Phuc promoted to found Phuc Loan Trading and Construction Co. Ltd., specializing in installing solar power systems and selling solar panels.
The company has quickly become one of the largest supplier of solar panels in Quang Nam.
Duong Vinh Phuc also installed a 40kW solar power system on his swallow house which not only meets his family’s needs of power but also helps him to earn around VND10-14 million a month.
Sustainable brand
Seeing the effectiveness of his business model, Duong Vinh Phuc founded his next company named Phuc Loan PLnest Production and Trading Co. Ltd in March, 2021. Then, he also built a cordyceps cultivation room.
The rooms for swallow nest and cordyceps processing are designed to avoid cross-contamination, meeting the requirements of hygiene.
On May 27, 2021, Phuc Loan PLnest products earned the ISO 22000: 2018 certification.
The current products produced by Phuc Loan Plnest Production and Trading Co., Ltd. include refined swallow nests, cordyceps in combination with other natural medicinal ingredients to create products for health.
The company is making its 5-year plan for development with a goal of exporting PLnest products to the world.
