Along with containers, the amount of bulk cargo for import and export through the port has been increasing.

So, Chu Lai port (Quang Nam province) under Truong Hai International Logistics Limited Liability Company (THILOGI) has expanded bulk cargo services, facilitating the import and export, and increasing the sources of goods.

An increase of bulk cargo export and import

Asia Creative Energy Joint Stock Company has exported 130,000 tons of bulk cargo through Chu Lai port since early 2022.

All the process of registration, scheduling, loading and unloading is strictly controlled by the port, helping to speed up the progress and save businesses’ time and costs.

According to leaders of Chu Lai port, the bulk cargo imported and exported through Chu Lai port has recently increased dramatically.

The port monthly receives around 35-40 ships with over 90,000 tons of goods, mainly pellets, wood shavings, salt, soda, sand, limestone, etc.

Bulk cargo currently accounts for about 30% of the total goods through the port.

A lot of enterprises (such as Asia Creative Energy Joint Stock Company, Phu Tai, Thanh Thanh Dat, Quang Nam Paper Materials, and Sun Paper Company in Laos) are now cooperating with Chu Lai port to export and import bulk cargo.
