And on December 17, 2022, THACO INDUSTRIES was officially founded. It is a member of THACO Group, specialising in mechanical engineering and supporting industry.
THACO INDUSTRIES has gradually mastered technology and has capacity of research and development (R&D), providing finished mechanical products with high technological content and used in automotive, industry, agriculture - forestry, and civil construction.
THACO INDUSTRIES is now able to meet all the requirements from their local and international partners.
So, THACO has been equipped with modern machines and technology, including automatic welding robot, Fiber laser cutting machine, slitting and cutting-to-length lines, electrostatic dip coating line, and powder coating line.
In order for their products to meet customers’ requirements, for the Group to gain initiative in the production chain, THACO has improved its mould production capacity with modern equipment.
Currently, THACO INDUSTRIES has built the leading mechanical centre in Vietnam with the most modern technologies today.
To develop products with high technology content that meet the globalisation, THACO has built a modern R&D Centre with a total capital of over USD 20 million and 1,000 experienced R&D experts and engineers.
The centre owns a system of specialized design software, modern machinery and equipment for testing laboratories to improve the quality of THACO products.
At the same time, the Group owns an “All in one” model to provide synchronous and comprehensive solutions for R&D, production lines, machinery and equipment, mechanical products, supporting and large-scale product processing industries which can meet the requirements of local and foreign markets.
Reportedly, THACO INDUSTRIES has penetrated into fastidious markets, especially Europe, with their high- quality mechanical engineering products.
The Group has exported a majority of products, such as conveyor belts to Finland; agricultural components and equipment to Sweden; mechanical components, industrial equipment in the mining industry, equipment for civil engineering, and cranes to the US, Australia, and the UK.
The presence of Vietnamese-branded mechanical products in international markets has showed the capacity, creativity and competitiveness of Vietnamese mechanical engineering industry.
