Sekong Security Department visits Quang Nam Border Guards

(QNO) - The delegation of the Security Department of Sekong province (Laos) visited and sent New Year's Greetings to Quang Nam Border Guards on February 9th, 2018.

Leaders of the Sekong Security Department gave gifts to Quang Nam Border Guards with the best wishes on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. They also appreciated the coordination in the border defence between Quang Nam and Sekong Border Guards; particularly, dealing well with the criminal cases in the border areas, maintaining political security in the region.

On behalf of the Quang Nam provincial Border Guards, Colonel Nguyen Huu Thang thanked for the Sekong delegation's sentiments.  He also hoped that the two parties would go on actively exchanging information, coordinating closely in order to propagate the Border Rules and Agreements to people in the border regions, create convenient conditions for import and export at Nam Giang - Dac Ta Ooc border gate, and ensure security in the border areas.
