Quang Nam leaders' best wishes to Laos

(QNO) - On the occasion of Bunpimay 2019, Quang Nam leaders have just paid a visit to the Consulate General of Laos in Da Nang city.

On behalf of Quang Nam leaders, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh sent the best wishes to Laotian consul Viengxay Phommachanh and his staff in Da Nang city.

On this occasion, he generalized about the Quang Nam provincial socio-economic situation, mentioning the contents of Quang Nam- Sekong (Laos) cooperative friendship, especially the upgrading of Nam Giang- Dac Ta Ooc border gate.

Laotian consul Viengxay Phommachanh thanked for Quang Nam leader's visit. He appreciated the development of Quang Nam and found a lot of cooperative opportunities between Quang Nam and Laotian localities, especially in agriculture. He hoped Quang Nam would help to develop economy in the provinces of South Laos.

Before leaving the consulate, Deputy Chairman Le Tri Thanh gave a New Year gift to the Laotian Consulate General in Da Nang city.
