Nam Giang funds for building boarding house for Lao students

(QNO) - The house covers an area of more than 300m², consisting of 5 rooms including the toilet system. It ensures that all the daily activities of more than 70 boarding students from Dak Chung district, Laos’ Sekong province will be done. The VND3 billion project was entirely funded by Nam Giang district, Vietnam’s Quang Nam province. The principal of Dak Chung Secondary School said this boarding house was a special gift from Vietnamese people.

According to Vice Chairman of the Nam Giang district’s People’s Committee A Viet Son, the work contributes to the training and development of human resources for Dak Chung district. It is a signal of the lasting friendship, solidarity and special tradition between two Parties, governments and people of Nam Giang  and Dak Chung.

Dak Chung district’s Party Committee Secretary said the Dak Chung’s socio-economic growth has partly resulted from the supports of Nam Giang district as well as of Quang Nam province. The boarding house for Dak Chung students is an important event, cultivating the traditional friendship between the two sides.
