Quang Nam- Sekong cooperation
(QNO) - A cooperative program of planning and investment was signed by the Quang Nam (Vietnam) and Sekong (Laos) Departments of Planning and Investment on October 24, 2019.
According to the cooperative program, the seminars and workshops where professional experience of planning and investment is exchanged will be frequently held in turns every two year. The Quang Nam and Sekong Departments of Planning and Investment will focus on the problems relating to public investment management, appraisal and evaluation of investment effectiveness, investment attraction, development assistance project management, statistics and planning.
Besides, the development of tourism and tourism investment was also discussed towards the building of the East-West Economic Corridor II through Nam Giang- Dac Ta Ooc border gate and the completing of Tay Giang- Ka Lum sub-border gate infrastructure.
