Over VND 4.5 billion from Ngoc Linh ginseng fair
(QNO) - The first Ngoc Linh ginseng fair attracted more than 7,000 people, earning over VND 4.5 billion. For just Ngoc Linh ginseng, about 50kg was sold, equivalent to nearly VND 4 billion.
At this fair, there were more than 20 booths displaying Ngoc Linh ginseng and selling Ngoc Linh ginseng roots planted by local residents. In addition, there were over 30 other booths introducing local products of agriculture, forestry, and handicraft. The fair was the place of not only displaying the locals’ products but also introducing 10 trading companies’ products including Ngoc Linh ginseng, cinnamon, and medicines.
It is known that the Ngoc Linh ginseng fair is monthly held on the first 3 days of the month.
