Hoi An city (Quang Nam province) is now in the period of social distancing and controlled strictly due to Covid-19.
According to Hoi An leaders, all people in the city greatly sympathise with and follow the decisions on Covid-19 prevention and control.
All the restaurants, bars, shops and houses are closed. The residents are not allowed to go out of their homes. Provisions are sent to them from the city authorities every 3 days.
It is reported from Hoi An leaders that there are now over one thousand tourists staying in hotels in Hoi An due to Covid-19 but they absolutely don’t leave the hotels for tourist attractions.
