Graceful beauties of Ao dai in padauk flower season

(QNO) - The performance named ‘Graceful beauties of Ao dai in the season of padauk flowers’ took place in the Huong Tra ecological village (Hoa Huong ward) on April 9.  It is one of the activities in the Tam Ky Padauk blossom festival 2022

Over 200 members of the Tam Ky city Women's Union in Ao dai (Vietnamese traditional costume) took part in the event. Besides, the performance also attracted women from Da Nang city.

The highlight of the performance was the collection of Ao dai named ‘Green- my peaceful hometown’ by designer Anh Pham from Tam Ky city. The collection was inspired by padauk blossom and green tourism.

Visitors to Huong Tra village felt very impressed by the beauty of the ancient padauk garden reflecting itself by the river, and especially the gracefulness of the women in Ao dai.

The Ao dai performance was aimed at honouring the beauty of the Vietnamese traditional Ao dai, contributing to the promotion of this eco-tourist destination, and furthering the movement for Tam Ky women’s nice gestures and civilized life.
