(QNO) - The Quang Nam provincial Study Promotion Association (QSPA) has recently received 64,600 USD funded by the Passerelles Numériques organisation for organising information technology training courses and granting scholarship to students who have difficult circumstance, in two years 2015-2016.
The Quang Nam People’s Committee asked the QSPA and other revelant departments to choice right benificiaries for granting the scholarships and carry out strictly the goverment’s policies on receiving, managing and using foreign NGO’s financial assistance.
